In just a few decades, esports have grown from basement gatherings to stadium-filling spectacle. In the middle of this development is the LERO Esports Science Research Lab (ESRL), innovating the field of ‘esports science.’ For the past decade, the lab has been researching the minds and bodies of professional esports athletes.
